Hi, I’m Frank Meister. I’m an instructional designer and agile coach based in Chicago.
I am currently responsible for the development and execution of Leadership learning and development programs and strategies with Reyes Beverage Group.
Throughout my career, I have focused on designing and developing workforce development initiatives that result in on-the-job performance improvement.
I have collaborated with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learner performance gaps and create learning experiences that include blended learning courses, on-demand videos, cohort and problem-based learning, job aids, and coaching.
I excel at transforming complex information into clear goals and engaging learning experiences, integrating hands-on opportunities that relate to real work scenarios. I have a proven track record of managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously, always meeting deadlines and valuing transparent communication to build trust with stakeholders.
I've incorporated Agile practices into my design process by utilizing SAM and ADDIE models, resulting in improved outcomes for many stakeholders seeking quality, adaptable learning solutions with quicker business value realization.

An insight into my world

Avid Baseball & Basketball Fan

DIY...This Old House Style
"For its one, two, three strikes you are out..." I have watched many 7th inning stretches of my hometown Chicago Cubbies. I made my first trip to Wrigley Field as junior in High School and now find myself living just a few miles away.
I love Men's college basketball and you will find me planning my bracket upset picks in March.
Guess what? I'm a proud co-homeowner of a 116-year-old Victorian house in Chicago! And you know what? Over the years, I've learned how to do plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and carpentry to keep it in tip-top shape. I picked up these skills from trade professionals, hardware store workshops, and of course, YouTube (because who doesn't go there?).

Photographer
As an amateur photographer, I specialize in capturing landscapes, people, and nature. I am a member of the passionate photography community, Out of Chicago, which organizes educational photography trips to help amateurs learn new skills and tips from others.

Dog Dad
Since I was a child growing up in rural Iowa, I've had a great love for dogs. Currently, my family has two Yorkie siblings named Bela and Bailey, who keep me company during my work from home days and play with me in the evenings.
